Benefits Guide

We recommend that clients contact their insurance provider before beginning services to confirm coverage, benefits, and any potential out-of-pocket expenses. While we are happy to provide information and support throughout the process, insurance plans vary, and clients are ultimately responsible for understanding their individual benefits and any costs associated with their care.

Faith's Nutrition Counseling specializes in medical nutrition therapy for a range of conditions. Below is a look at some of the most common areas we support.

  • Diabetes Nutrition Counseling: Managing diabetes takes more than just cutting carbs. As a diabetes nutritionist and registered nurse, Faith helps clients understand blood sugar patterns, build balanced meals, and create sustainable routines that support better lab results over time.
  • Online Dietitian for PCOS: PCOS affects hormones, blood sugar, and metabolism all at once. Faith works with clients to address the nutrition factors that make the biggest difference, without restrictive or overwhelming approaches.
  • Kidney Disease Dietitian: Renal nutrition is highly individualized. Faith provides evidence-based guidance for non-dialysis kidney disease, helping clients protect kidney function through practical, manageable dietary changes.
  • Gut Health Dietitian: Digestive discomfort can affect everything. Whether you're dealing with IBS, bloating, constipation, or general GI concerns, Faith takes a balanced, non-restrictive approach to gut health nutrition.
  • Women's Health Dietitian: From hormonal health and fertility nutrition to general wellness, Faith supports women at various stages of life with personalized, evidence-informed guidance.
  • Thyroid Dietitian: Thyroid conditions can affect energy, metabolism, and overall wellbeing. Faith helps clients with thyroid conditions navigate nutrition in a way that supports their treatment and quality of life.
  • Heart Health and Cholesterol Nutrition Counseling: Heart-healthy eating doesn't have to be bland or complicated. Faith works with clients on practical strategies to support cardiovascular health, including cholesterol, blood pressure, and overall heart function.
  • SIBO Breath Testing: Ongoing bloating, gas, constipation, or diarrhea may sometimes be related to bacterial or methanogen overgrowth. Faith offers SIBO breath testing to assess hydrogen and methane patterns and uses the results alongside your symptoms and medical history to guide personalized nutrition support.
  • Functional Stool Testing: Digestive symptoms can have many possible contributors. Faith offers functional stool testing to evaluate digestive function and selected markers related to the gastrointestinal environment, helping identify areas that may benefit from additional nutrition or medical support.
  • Personalized Nutrition and Supplement Recommendations: Nutrition and supplement needs vary from person to person. Faith considers your symptoms, medical history, medications, laboratory or functional test results, and current supplements to provide individualized, evidence-informed recommendations.
