We currently offer remote individual sessions and accept most major insurances, making it easy and affordable to connect from wherever you are. Together, we'll focus on strategies that fit your lifestyle and empower you to take control of your health and feel your best.
Insurances accepted: Aetna, Blue Cross Blue Shield (Highmark), Cigna, Medicare, PEIA, United HealthCare
After booking, check your email to set up Healthie and join by phone or computer. Want a phone call instead? Just note it when scheduling! We’ll call if you don’t join within 5 minutes.
We check your insurance benefits before your visit, though coverage can vary. You can also call your insurance to verify. If not covered, the self-pay rate is $120/hour
We ask for at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations. Late cancellations and no-shows are subject to a $50 fee. You can manage your appointment in our app or by calling the office.
